The room was sparkling clean and lovely, equipped with a fridge and microwave, and the staff was incredibly friendly, plus the location was convenient for walking to all the places we wanted to visit.

The location was marvellous and perfect, near everything! What's more, it was next to shops, both pigeon forge and Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge activities and attractions.

Nice staff and the place was fairly clean. Double room with a fridge and microwave was ready when we arrived. There were a microwave, coffee & tea making facilities, and a refrigerator upon arrival. The setting of hotel was marvellous and decent, to get the loaded rolling carts or even a wheelchair on the sidewalk.

We had a very good stay thanks to the hotel's excellent and friendly staff. the location is amazing and peaceful, making it easy to maneuver rolling carts and wheelchairs on the sidewalk. it is conveniently close to the center, restaurants, and Gatlinburg. the rooms are a nice size and fairly quiet, and having a jacuzzi was a wonderful bonus.

We appreciated this hotel, it was sublime and fairly clean. The continental breakfast had plenty of choices. Marvellous and magnificent location near all the attractions, met expectations. Tried some takeout specials at Krispy Kreme, luckily it was at a short distance from the venue.

The property was clean, and the staff was courteous. the location is fantastic, with easy access to Pigeon Forge activities and various restaurants. it is just 3 km from Riverside Venue, making it a convenient choice.

Booked a clean room with amenities like a shower, microwave, coffee/tea maker, and fridge for the kids.

Pidgeon Forge is a good starting point to explore the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. The motels are lined up there, ours was one of the first, which was good. The price was very good, with 45 Euro per night the cheapest overnight stay in this holiday.

The accommodation seemed to be very outdated. The breakfast room was too small for the number of rooms. On the second day we didn't get a place and did not have breakfast there. The tip box in the breakfast room also bothered me. But for two days it is worth thinking about because of the good price.

The room met expectations; it was a nice size and fairly quiet with a jacuzzi and a fireplace, for example. the hotel's location was comfortable, close enough to the Parkway, conference center, and Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.
